SHORT COMMON SENSE REMINDERS ABOUT HEALTH:

 

Don’t try to totally eliminate any one food group.  While fad diets that advocate this help to lose weight temporarily, in the end, they make you feel deprived and frustrated.  The vast majority of people go off of them and gain all their weight back, and often more.
